<p>For the sherbert, you will need:</p>
<ul>
<li> 1 package reduced-fat firm or extra firm silken tofu</li>
<li> 3 tablespoons agave nectar</li>
<li> 4 teaspoons lemon juice</li>
<li> 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract</li>
<li> 1 can (19 ounce) juice-packed, unsweetened crushed pineapple</li>
<li> 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract</li>
