Head Protection

My boys love to ride. They both have ATVs and motorcycles. They also ride downhill mountain bikes. They make sure that they’re always physically protected. They wear all sorts of pads and armor. They use gmax motorcycle helmets for their head protection. So far, they have not had any mishaps. They love extreme sports which makes me worry sometimes. With the amount of protection they wear, I’m somehow at ease.

Snow’s Up

My nephew and his friends cannot wait to hit the slopes. He and his friends love snowboarding. He has installed his snowboard rack on his SUV. They’ll be heading out to Aspen and spend the holidays there. He has asked my son to join them. I have told him he can go if he wants. My nephew has been spending his holidays in some ski resort every December. That’s how much he loves snowboarding.

New Sport

Gearheads like my hubby and son just can’t get enough  of racing. Anything that has wheels, they’ll surely give it a try. My son takes from my husband. His passion for racing is just too much. He’s found a new sport that gives a mother nightmares. He’s set his eyes on atv racing. We have a couple of these monsters and they’ve been having a great time with them. I can’t imagine my son racing in this. But I guess it’s better to be supportive than end up being a villain.

Hubby’s Hobby

My husband’s taken a liking to golf. His bad back couldn’t pull him away from it. He would play whenever he can with younger brother. Golf balls are quite expensive, and with his back problem, he sometimes loses his ball. To save a little and still enjoy his hobby, he buys used golf balls. He doesn’t mind using them as he just just wants to spend time with his brother and share a sport they both love. It’s nice to know that they still find time despite their hectic schedules to have some bonding time.
