Black Tip

No it’s not a shark but my son’s perennial problem, blackheads on nose. It’s not just a phase in one’s life. Even adults suffer from these pesky skin impurities. He’s always out of the house and exposed to dirt and grime. I keep reminding him to wash his face but you know how growing boys are? A reminder isn’t enough to make them do things. I guess it’s up to us mothers to see to it that they do as they’re told. Just another one of those parenting roles.

All-Natural

Fearing health threatening side effects, my son is undergoing a natural acne treatment. Our dermatologist has been very concerned with some of the medication that are available in the market. She has opted for an all-natural treatment instead. Some of the synthetic compounds used by some medicines are being banned by the FDA. It’s always better to be on the safe side.

Taking Out The Lines

My lines are showing up again. I frantically brought out my wrinkle creams to arrest the situation. I had been very busy and have not been religiously applying my cream. Too tired after a hard day’s work, I would just clean up and go straight to bed. With less work now, I can finally go back to my routine. I’ll be taking these lines out in no time.

Unsightly Scars

I had my bouts with acne in my younger years. It left me with some scars. I have sought professional help and have found a very good dermatologist. I will be undergoing some more acne scar removal treatments to finally get rid of these unsightly scars. I was told that it will take several sessions for the scars to finally be removed. The treatment looks promising as I have already noticed favorable results after only three sessions.

Nightly Routine

With the harsh environment our skin is exposed to everyday, face creams are a woman’s best friend. This is why I do a nightly routine of applying creams on my face, a few minutes before I go to sleep. We need to rejuvenate our skin after a day on the streets. Who knows what toxins or bacteria our skin has been exposed to. It is better to have something on hand to keep our skin healthy, glowing and fresh.
