- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest, plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 heaping tablespoons store-bought lemon curd
- 11 oz. vanilla ice cream
- whipped cream

1) In blender, combine milk, lemon zest, lemon juice and lemon curd; blend 5 seconds.
2) Add vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth; about 10 seconds.
3) Top shakes with whipped cream. Garnish with zest and cookies, if desired. Serve immediately.
