Lemon Meringue Pie Milk Shake

  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest, plus more for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 heaping tablespoons store-bought lemon curd
  • 11 oz. vanilla ice cream
  • whipped cream
  • cookies for garnish


1) In blender, combine milk, lemon zest, lemon juice and lemon curd; blend 5 seconds.

2) Add vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth; about 10 seconds.

3) Top shakes with whipped cream. Garnish with zest and cookies, if desired. Serve immediately.
