In bowl, combine 1 small banana, thinly sliced, and 1/2 cup each blueberries, fresh mango slices and low-fat yogurt.  Spoon into a large soft tortilla.  Roll up and enjoy.

    Home Theater

Posted on @ 3:16 pm | File under : AV by sweetness

My husband’s pal is a movie house contractor. He’s been setting theaters for several malls. He converted his basement to a home theater complete with theater seats. He installed a samsung projector and even has surround sound. We’ve watched movies there lots of times and we still are awestruck by it. He’s the only person I know who has his very own theater at home and could seat as many as forty people at one time.

Stressed?  Munch on walnuts.  These nuts can help you relax instantly because they are an excellent source of omega3 fatty acids.  These are good fats that’s been shown to strengthen brain-cell membranes and reduce stress and tension.

    Feel Full Longer

Posted on @ 2:12 pm | File under : fruits by sweetness

Trim down the pounds with apples.  The fruit is packed with pectin, a soluble fiber that’s been shown to slow digestion and help create a feeling of fullness, thereby preventing over eating.  If you’re eating out or attending a party, munch than an apple an hour before dinner.  :)

    Tempting Offer, Wise Decision

Posted on @ 2:11 pm | File under : investment by sweetness

A close friend offered me a sound investment proposal. Since precious metal values have creeping up, she wants us to jointly invest. It would partly be in stocks and some on hard assets. We are to buy gold bullion which we co-own. She has arranged the proper documents so that everything will be legal and binding. My husband thinks it is a wise decision to go on a partnership. This is not the first time we’ll be doing this. We’ve had several successful partnerships before. So far, we’ve managed to bank on the right stocks. We even have a group account that’s been doing well. At least I know the people I pool my resources with. We can even invite some of our friends on this new investment.
